Perjalanan Bergada Kina 2.0: Pangandaran

First of all, happy 1st birthday to Bergada Kina, my teammates/friends/family/soulmates in Arsitektur Hijau. This time around, we went on a non-architectural-related trip to Pangandaran! It was a last-minute planned trip that went, thankfully, super smooth. Our main target was to experience body rafting in Green Canyon and go to Batu Karas Beach. Sadly, Green Canyon was closed due to the heavy rain the night before. So we went to Citumang River. But it's okay. We all had so much fun. And plus, it was my first ever experience to jump from a 7 meter cliff and to spend the night at the beach with no tent -- we just slept there, on the sand, with a mat and a sleeping bag, under the full moon.

It was definitely an unforgettable trip: in the right place with the right people. And I just can't wait for what's ahead of us (hopefully another trip outside Java!).

Home Away From Home

This is possibly why I haven't been coming home to Jakarta more often as last semester. I've just moved into a new place a couple of months ago and finally finished decorating the room a few days ago. I am totally obsessed with the colour palate of my room: white, turquoise, a hint of wood, a touch of red and leafy greens in my terrace.
