Explore Bandung

For the past two years, I have been living in Bandung to pursue my Architecture degree. And this past month, I'm lucky to have the chance to explore Bandung's hidden picturesque spots. To some people, Bandung is perceived as the capital of countless factory outlets and delicious culinary treats. But that's not all that the city could offer.

Geographically, the city is surrounded by mountains. Which means that you can drive less than an hour from the city centre to the closest hill and enjoy a breathtaking view of the city, its gorgeous forests and plantations and not to forget Mount Tangkuban Perahu. That was exactly what I did. Once I discovered how charming Bandung's landscape is, my love for this city grows.

Aside from its nature, I am thankful to have met a lot of new friends here for the past few months. And I could totally say they are the most humble group of people I have ever met who share the same passion as I do. A passion to explore and appreciate whatever nature could offer. It felt like a whole different world from where I came from.

With that being said, this post is dedicated to Bandung: the scenic city and its wonderful people.
