A day with Ray, from Diablo Dynamite, art-space-hopping in Jakarta. This one's an Instagram Exhibition entitled 'Instravel' by 15 Indonesian architects held in Dia.lo.gue, Kemang, Jakarta. I've always loved coming to Dia.lo.gue just because the building is designed by one of my favourite Indonesian architect: Andra Matin.
The exhibition itself consisted of clusters of photo-squares arranged differently from one and another. It was pretty interesting to see the photos printed on a metallic tile instead of a photo paper. My favourite was Willis Kusuma's (the last pic of the bunch). Two words: composition and tone. I would have to say it was a pretty good exhibition in terms of presentation and the artworks curated.
